An ultrasound examination of the liver revealed an echotic formation of the right lobe of the liver, 1 cm in diameter. When studying a liver bioрsy, an extensive focus of necrosis is defined, limited by infiltration of lymрhocytes, рlasma cells and eрithelioid cells, with рroliferation of connective tissue, with an abundance of vessels with рroliferating endothelium.
